Somatic Coaching is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself at the body level, release what’s been stored, and create new pathways for healing and growth.

What Is Somatic Coaching?

“Somatic” simply means of the body. In these 1:1 sessions, we bring gentle awareness to your body’s sensations, signals, and energy patterns. By tuning into these cues, we uncover the stories and beliefs that live beneath the surface — and release them.

This is not talk therapy. It’s experiential, embodied work that helps you:

  • Calm and regulate your nervous system

  • Release stored tension and emotional energy

  • Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and intuition

  • Shift from survival mode into presence and flow

  • Anchor new, empowering states of being

How Sessions Work

  • Private 50-60 Minute Sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • A safe, compassionate space guided by me, Kim Santen — Certified NLP Practitioner, Somatic Coach, ECT & Hypnotherapy Practitioner

  • Practices may include guided breath, movement, visualization, touch points (when in person), and nervous system regulation tools

  • Each session is fully tailored to your energy, story, and needs
